About

We think the order of things matters.

In an aesthetic clinic, the patient moves from the person who books them, to the practitioner who assesses them, sometimes to a medical director who signs off the plan, back to the patient who reads and consents, and on to aftercare. Most of what goes wrong happens between those people.

Why ClinicJourney.

Before writing a line of this website, we read what clinic owners, practitioners and coordinators say in public about their software: reviews, job descriptions, professional guidance and insurers’ claims reports.

The same things came up again and again. Consent forms that were signed but not connected to anything. Replies to reminder texts that nobody saw. Aftercare that depended on someone remembering. Charts written up after the last patient left. Several systems, held together by one tired person.

At the same time, regulators in places like Quebec and Ontario have been describing the patient journey more precisely: evaluation, an individual plan, documented consent, a record of treatment, and access to follow-up.

ClinicJourney is our answer: software that keeps those steps in order, on one record, with a clear owner at each step.

What we believe.

  1. In order, not just in one place.

Each step should know what came before and what comes next.

  2. Patients see their side.

The patient’s experience of forms, plans, consent and aftercare is part of the product, not an afterthought.

  3. Clinicians decide.

Software keeps the record and routes the work. It does not make clinical decisions.

  4. No badges we have not earned.

No certifications, logos, testimonials or numbers until they are real.

  5. Clinics own their data.

And should always be able to take it with them.

Where we are now.

ClinicJourney is in early access. We want to work closely with a small number of clinics, learn how their journeys really run, and build around that.

If that sounds like your clinic, we would like to hear from you.
