For nurse injectors, physicians and practitioners

Open every consultation already prepared.

Before the patient sits down: their goal in their own words, the questionnaire, the answers your clinic marked for review, and their history with you. After treatment: a chart that starts from the signed plan, and aftercare that goes out without you.

R. Osei, a nurse practitioner, listens to Jordan in a calm consultation room, a tablet on the table between them.

What we heard.

Drawn from public reviews, job descriptions and practitioner writing about aesthetic clinics. Not quotes from ClinicJourney users.

  1. Reading the history in the room.

The questionnaire was filled in at the desk five minutes ago, or not at all.

  2. Too many taps to chart.

Mapping what you did onto a photo takes longer than the treatment. So it waits until the evening.

  3. After hours, the job is not over.

Charts to finish, post-care to send, patients to check in on.

Your day, in the order you will see it.

Each appointment shows what is ready and what is missing. A treatment cannot be charted against a plan without signed consent, so you know before the patient arrives.

What you stop doing.

  • Read the medical history for the first time in front of the patient.
  • Chart from memory at the end of the day.
  • Send aftercare from your own phone.
  • Keep patient photos next to personal ones.

Questions you will ask us.

Answered as honestly as we can today.

Will it work on a tablet in the treatment room?

Supported devices are to be confirmed. Tell us what you use in the room and we will be specific.

Can I chart on photos?

The design records sites and amounts marked on the patient’s photo. How this works in practice is something we will show you in early access.

Does it write my notes for me?

No. Clinical notes, plans and replies about how a patient is feeling are written by you. If AI drafting is ever added, nothing would reach the record or a patient without your approval. See our AI commitments on the security page.
