For clinic owners and practice managers

Know where every patient is, without being the one who remembers.

In a small clinic, the owner is often also the lead injector, the person who chases unsigned forms, and the person who writes up charts at night. ClinicJourney is designed to carry the sequence, so the clinic runs the same way on a busy week.

What we heard.

Drawn from public reviews, job descriptions and practitioner writing about aesthetic clinics. Not quotes from ClinicJourney users.

  1. Several systems, and you are the glue.

Booking in one tool, forms in another, photos on a phone, messages in a third place. You know how they fit together. Nobody else does.

  2. Evenings on paperwork.

Charts, follow-up messages and unsigned forms wait until the last patient has gone.

  3. Vendors you cannot reach.

Long implementations, support that answers in days, annual renewals you did not notice. Switching feels risky.

A list of what is waiting, and on whom.

Each patient’s journey shows its current step and what it is waiting for. Across the clinic, that becomes one list: questionnaires not returned, plans awaiting sign-off, consent not signed, replies not answered.

What you stop doing.

  • Ask each person what is outstanding for tomorrow.
  • Rebuild the story of a patient’s visit from four different places.
  • Rely on memory for check-ins and review visits.
  • Wonder whether a consent form on file matches what was done.

Questions you will ask us.

Answered as honestly as we can today.

Is ClinicJourney ready to run my clinic today?

ClinicJourney is in early access. The screens on this site are concepts. In an early-access conversation we will tell you exactly what is available, what is not yet, and whether it makes sense for your clinic now or later.

What does it cost?

Pricing is not published yet. We will discuss it in the early-access conversation and put it in writing before you commit to anything.

Can I get my data out if I leave?

We believe you should always be able to export your clinic’s records in a usable format. How export works in practice is to be confirmed, and we will show you before you decide.

Can you move my existing records across?

It depends on what you use today and what it lets you export. Tell us in the early-access form and we will be specific.
