Concept walkthrough · about 4 minutes

One patient, eight steps, four people.

Jordan Ellis is a fictional patient at an invented clinic. Jordan’s goal: “softer frown lines before a family wedding in may”. Scroll through the steps to see what the clinic sees, what Jordan sees, what goes on the record, and who holds the patient next.

These are concept interfaces, not screenshots of a live product. Everything named here is invented.

The honest limits.

  • It is a concept. It shows how ClinicJourney is designed to work. Which parts are available today is something we will go through with you in an early-access conversation.
  • Your protocol decides who signs off. Jordan’s plan goes to a medical director because this invented clinic’s protocol requires it. Rules differ by province, state and country, and by clinic.
  • Clinical content is written by people. The assessment, the plan, the chart and every reply about how a patient is feeling come from the clinic’s practitioners. The software does not generate them.
  • Channels are not shown. Whether a message reaches the patient by text, email or a secure link depends on your country’s privacy rules and your clinic’s choices.
